Over Easy
Before heading to the Vulture Mine, I stopped at Over Easy on Indian School and 48th St. for breakfast: Homemade corned beef hash, eggs over easy and marble rye toast. The hash was good; not too salty or greasy. It's a quaint little place with seating for 60+. I'll probably go back and try one of their omelets.
