Awesome. I'm running it tomorrow at noon. One of the non-listed obstacle was the horizontal cargo net. Do you remember what the other one was?
Don't go by the map at all for the obstacles. The first obstacle is a series of alternating wood barriers that you climb over and barbed wire that you lunge under. Not the culvert pipe. The tires are combined with the junk yard. The horizontal cargo net is toward the end, right before the flames and mud pit.
The "Sand Dunes" are more like motocross mounds.
I think it's right before the horizontal cargo net - it's a series of criss-crossing shock cords that you have to navigate through. Kinda like a big spider web.
Hats off for enduring the good race! Your Apache-brother face paint looks like a cross between W. Wallace and the paint-huffer: http://www.chrisblanc.org/blog/images/huffing_paint.png
@Tom - That dude is tweakin'
Thanks a lot for the heads up. I appreciate it. :D
You've earned the Riggs stamp of craziness Davey. Well done.
@Frod - Good luck tomorrow.
@Riggs - A badge of honor.
Nice pics. I ran it that Saturday. Fun times! I think you should have had a little more mud on your face though. LOL
nice wildman! the guy in Green on top of the cargo net makes me think the open competition was weak.
