FoJo Coffee Works - Fostoria, OH

We're close to finishing the coffee house side of the building. Our electrical and plumbing upgrades have been completed and soon we'll be buying the espresso maker and coffee brewing system. I have to say, considering what we started with, the place is looking great. Once we have our final electrical, plumbing and building inspections, then the county health department will inspect and give us the go-ahead to open for business. It's been an arduous process so far; more so than I expected, but I think it will pay off. I can honestly say that this is gonna be the coolest place in town to hang out. Please enjoy the following 8 min. 20 sec. video tour...

Take a number. Everyone is claiming that spot. I may sit there in the corner spot holding court like a mafia don.

Awesome.

You should getchoo some Beamis 'n' Grimes baby doll pitchers up there on thet third wall.

Can't wait to walk through that door m'self some day!

I actually have some doll pics, but might be bad for business. I'll look them over and see.

Absolutely fantastic Dave. You and everyone have done such a nice job on that place, I love it.
Maybe in the future, you could add a couch or two in there, it seems you have plenty of room.
I heard you mention that you may bag up coffee to sell in the future. Are you going to sell cups etc with the logo on them?

There is lots of room, but that section down the middle has to be kept clear, because it's the pathway between two emergency exits. Even so, we still have seating for about 40 right now.

Yes, we'll eventually sell logo merchandise.

40 seats, that's plenty by the sounds of it.
Wish there was a coffee house as nice as yours near where I live, it would be so nice to relax somewhere, enjoy a good coffee in a relaxing atmosphere.
The different coloured walls is a great idea, looks very nice and that wood floor is very smart.

Bravo. That's a very articulate outburst.

Why does the still shot of the YouTube video make it look like there is a boa constrictor coiled in my unfinished bathroom?

Great work Dave, quite a transformation from 6 months ago. I wouldn't have believed it could look that good.

one thing I didn't see was a power strip around/near the area where you had planned for laptops. you might consider that, not only for charging the laptops but also for cellphone chargers, mp3 players etc. might keep people around for another coffee or a cheese pranish, if they're charging up.

Creamer and napkins, huh? Trendy. Place looks sweet, I thought that was snake too, but I'm a retard.

I would dress like Mel Sharples from Alice if I were you.
